Ήρθε το νυφικό που παραγγείλαμε στο κοντινό μέγεθος της κόρης μου, ομως ηταν χάλια πάνω της. Τους προτείναμε να χάσουμε την προκαταβολή 1300 και να αγοράσουμε νέο που κόστιζε 3100 , και μας ειπαν οτι δεν συνεργάζονται μαζί μας και μας έδιωξαν.

Very bad behaviour

We order bridal, but when arrives, we show it wasn't good on my daughter's body.We lost money and sent out of the shop. While we wanted to buy new and loose 1300$ from first bridal.

It was awful!!! I'm very sorry about it.

I can't say that i had a bad experience with BRIDES BY DEMETRIOS yet and hope i wont became one of the Demetrios pissed consumer, because i would love to give and post good news in this page.

I bought my dress months ago and finally was ready for pick up at the DEMETRIOS San Diego in Fashion Valley, i went this past Friday 06-01-2018 very happy because buying it in the DEMETRIOS store was a huge step for me. On my first marriage (which i divorce, this is going to be my second marriage) I couldn't afford a weddings dress and I always thought that if i married again it would be with a dress bought in Demetrios and finally my dream came true, imagine DEMETRIOS is one of the prestigious leader in Bridal fashions, and therefore, it is known that it is a very well recognized company in which customer service should be excellent, so i didn't hesitate for a second to buy my dress here.

But....... when i went to pick it up, i try it on to see i much it will cost any alteration needed, we ( the clerk and my self) notice that the fabric was tear off from on side, the clerk answer was: Don't worry, we can sew it or cover it with something. Whaaat?! wait a second i didn't pay $99 dlls. for this dress, i thought in my mind.

With good manners i told the clerk that if she could please order or give another dress of the same price, this dress wasn't cheap and is unacceptable receive a damage dress from DEMETRIOS ( come on DEMETRIOS is DEMETRIOS!) I do not ask for the money to be returned, just exchange it for another dress, it does not matter if it's a different model or color( obviously as long as i like it), just a dress as the same value. Is this to much to ask? You would pay for a Salvage Car like a brand new car, no right? well my dress is Salvage now and why i am going to pay for it like new?

Demetrios, we must begin to prevent bad comments from a company as important and recognized throughout the United States and some other countries like yours.

I have my own business and I prefer a thousand times to satisfy my clients, because one satisfied clients will bring 10 more to my business, and believe it works!

Brides By Demetrios - Terrible Experience

DO NOT USE BRIDES BY DEMETRIOS. First, let me start by saying my dress is beautiful but the customer service is TERRIBLE.

And this is why: 1) I went to the Scottsdale location and found my dress rather quickly, which was great. However, I was told that the store did not have space in the back to store my dress when it came in so it would be shipped to my house. But the real reason is would be shipped to my house was being that the store was closing a week later! So they completely lied and having to deal with corporate has been a nightmare.

2) Corporate called and said my dress would be here end of October and said they would update me with its progress. I didn't hear from them beginning of November so I called and they said my dress was running a couple weeks late. That would have been nice to know since my wedding is in December and I need to get it fitted. 3) Since I couldn't get my dress altered at the store since it closed, I called the three contacts they gave me and one seemed out of business, one was rude on the phone and another was way across town so I had to find my own tailor.

4) When I finally received my dress and brought it to the tailor, there was a HUGE RIP at the bottom of the dress, probably because it was poorly shipped! I called Demetrios corporate and sent them a picture, and rather than apologizing and compensating me for the damage, she asked how tall I was and I said I was 5'4" and she said "Oh, well it will be cut off the dress anyways since the dresses are made for someone 5'10. If your tailor charges extra for this or finds this a problem, then you need to find a different tailor." This was completely unprofessional and very disappointing being that my wedding is next month. Overall, I love my dress but the company and customer service is TERRIBLE.

If you have any problems with the dress, they will not do anything about it.

I didn't get one apology for the huge rip in my dress. Finding your dress should be a great experience

I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding. The measurements were taken when I ordered.

They measured me as a size 18w, stating that because of my waist I was an 18. When I picked it up, it was so huge, long and wide. I would have to grow 6 ins. And gain 50 lbs..

They insist that it can be altered. By the time it would be altered, I could have a dress made custom for me. I was told the dress was a custom order. I was unable to return it.

I will make sure that I will spread the word not to shop there for my gowns. I thought since they were located in Macys, that always has excellent customer service that they would be customer friendly also. Now, I have a dress, never worn, tags still on.

I refuse to spend the kind of money the alterations would require. I will make a complaint to Macys, remove Demetrios from your store.

Do NOT order a dress from this place if you live out of state!!!!! Ordered my bridesmaids dress which was (213.00) gave my measurements over the phone.

The bride picked up my dress and it was HUGE way too big. I live in another state take it to an alternative place it's going to be additional 175 to get the dresses fixed. I called Demetrios she told me there isn't anything they can do because the dress has already been picked up and signed for.

Another bridemaids her dress was way too big she is in the same situation. I would not recommend this place if you don't live in Indianapolis.

We buoght bridmaids dresses in Oct. 2015 we have yet to receive them.

Horrible customer service this reflects on the designer for allowing this to happend.

Very dicusted overall. Customers beware this isn't a professional establishment by far.

Worst customer service experience in life

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with Brides by Demetrios in Atanta, GA. We should have known by our first encounter to run the other way.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and told the young lady at the front desk that we wanted to look at brides maid dresses for the maid of honor. We were bombarded by questions about the date of the event, wedding colors and when the rest of the bridal party would be in for their dresses. When we explained that we were only looking for the maid of honors dress, no one really wanted to help us. The owner walked up and ask the receptionist what we wanted and then I heard her say no, they don't have an appointment but I will help them.

There were 2 brides trying on dresses and understandably, the focus was on them. Our sales girl was the only good part of the experience and after picking several dresses to try on, we headed to the dressing area. We did select a dress and were told it would take 4-6 weeks to come in and someone would call us. That time came and went so I called.

They were so rude, saying "oh, you have plenty of time, it's more like 6-8 weeks, we will call you when it arrives." That time came and went, no call. 3 months pass and I call back and get the same rude, nonchalant attitude. I now ask for a manager and explain that we still have no word on our dress. I find out that there is a problem with the vendor and they are way behind on shipments.

I was again advised not to worry, I still have 3 months till the wedding. Another month goes by and still no call. I call, still no new info but told we are confident it will come in time and we can do a rush alteration. We are now 6 weeks till the wedding and still no ship date.

I wait another 2 weeks and NOTHING!!! We are now 2 1/2 weeks till the wedding, ordered a back up dress elsewhere and these people are doing everything they can, not to process our refund. If it came in today, I don't want it! We have gotten not one apology and nothing but attitude and grief!

I see from the reviews that every store across the nation has awful customer service. People, wake up! We are being treated like they are doing us a favor to take our money!!

Do yourself a favor and don't let them ruin one of the most important events of your life. There are plenty of places with superb customer service that will appreciate your business.

Everything was well until I asked to do the alterations in Schaumburg. The original veil that I bought with the dress, was sold to other person and they only call to apologize and refund my money...

Then, I decided to buy another veil, when I took it from the bag I realized it was damaged, the manager was very rude and told me that "I could be the responsible of that because I was using it for 45 minutes (If I am in the fitting I wanted to see the complete gown, isnt it?) and that they were not responsible of the merchandise as soon as it lefts the store", finally they accepted to fix it. As a resume, I paid them more than 3000 USD and I needed to buy a third veil (of course in another better store) because I dont want to use a fixed veil, my dress looked good but now I am realizing it is missing 2 hooks at the back, and I am just finding that the headpiece I bought at 300 USD is selling in the web page of the vendor at 180 USD (120 USD less)

I wouldnt came back to Schaumburg never in my life, i have shared my experience with all my friends and collegues to avoid going there if the dont want to be treated by the frontdesk and the Management people as "doing a favor"

Worst Customer Service Ever- Legacy Village/ OH

I had an appointment to look for a wedding dress. I called 1-hour in advance to let them know that I was waiting on my sister who traveled 3 hours to shop with me was running 15-minutes behind, which would make me about 15-minutes or less late to my appointment.

Agnes, who claimed she was the manager was very rude; she kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain.

She then asked if I wanted to rescheduled, because I would be taking up too much time. Needless to say, i made it to the appt, 10 minutes late, but left.

Terrible experience. Both my friend and I went in to try on dresses.

We choose dresses that we wanted to try on and have the consultant specifics of what we were looking for. Not only did the consultant pull everything but what we had asked for but also wouldn't let us try on our dress picks.

Worse experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

What's the point of buying the dress of your dreams if your seamstress is careless! Do not have your alterations done at Demetrios Bride Irvine Spectrum. In fact if you don't know a good seamstress buy your dress somewhere else!

Mean Grumpy Old Women

The sales lady that helped us pick out the dress was great to work with. However, the whole wedding dress experience was tarnished by the rude management team and other people that were at the front desk.

They were not apologetic at all that the $750 belt we purchased had damage on it. They acted angry when we asked them to address the issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had an off day when we purchased the dress. But no, they were just as rude, if not more rude, when we came to pick up the dress.

The whole bridal party came in from different states via plane and car to retrieve the dress. That staff made us totally feel not welcomed. One of the managers approached us, ever so rudely to point out that our appointment is over. There was only one other customer.

It was not yet closing time.

We were just trying to re-plan our weekend because we have to go back to the salon to pick up the belt. We had to cancel some of our tour plans of Chicago downtown because they did not have the diligence to inspect everything when the dress, veil, and belt were shipped to them 3 weeks before we arrived in town.

So if you want a beautiful, positive experience, you should go to a different salon.

Take your business elsewhere!

I was told that my 6 bridesmaid's dresses had to be ordered by June 26 in order to have them ready for my November 25th wedding. Not a problem.

I had all my girls (some were out of state) get their measurements in and pay in full. On July 4th my fiancé told me he was seeing someone else and the wedding was off. Not only was my heart broken but when we called Demetrio's to let them know what happened they said THE DRESS ORDER HAD NOT BEEN SUBMITTED YET!!!!!!!!!!! I said, great, lets cancel the order and refund the money since it was a week after we HAD to have the order placed.

They still refused to refund the money! So no dress AND no money!! My parents paid back all the girls but the store wouldn't put the full credit for all the girls under my name! The store manager won't give out the corporate phone number for customer complaints.

Never in my life have I had a company who did not do their part still not refund any money.

Do not get stuck in my shoes. Take your business elsewhere!

Demetrios Bridal didn't make it right!

Demetrios Bridal ordered my dress. The top had two different sizes on the front and back.

One was a 10 (my size) and the back half was a 4 or 6. The dress was 3 inches short on the back. Instead of making a new one, they altered it and it never fit right. It was large in the bustline.

Then they altered it again and it was 1 1/2 inches short in the back again. It's never been right all along. I've driven countless hours back and forth to their store to make this work, each of those hours has been worthless since I have no dress currently.

We're 15 days until the wedding and I still don't have a dress that fits. I do not recommend them!
